Adding additional users to your Satago account allows others, either within your organisation or external users (accountants, bookkeepers, credit controllers), to keep up to date with your credit control. Users can log and keep track of all communication with customers, leave notes, enable notifications and view reports.
Only the Administrator can invite users, by navigating to Admin > Organisation > Users > Invite a user . The new user will receive an email inviting them to verify and set up their password.
You can always manage which users have access to the system by ticking or unticking the box in the ?Access Enabled? column:
